What if I cannot meet in Danville and would like to meet in person in the San Francisco or Santa Barbara areas?
Just reach out to Jen. She’s usually willing to make other arrangements to meet in person depending on her availability.

What info do I need to give for a medium reading?
Nothing. Please do not provide any information before the reading.

What do I need to prepare for the session?
Be in a quiet space without interruptions for the session, and come with an open heart and mind.

If I book a group session, does everyone get a reading?
Usually, especially if persons in the group have loved ones in common. However, Jen cannot guarantee that everyone will have a connection or receive a message from the other side.

What if I need to cancel the medium reading?
You can cancel or change your appointment time up to 48 hours before appointment without a cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours, there is a cancellation fee of 25% of service fee. Less than 24 hours, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.

What if the session did not go as long or as well as expected?
You’ll receive a partial or full refund less any credit card processing fees. Please note that refunds will not be given if your desired loved one does not connect. Spirit usually decides who’ll visit based on what you need at the time.
